Frequently Asked Questions

Infinity Massage Chairs (IMC). IMC, based in Seabrook, NH, is the leading manufacturer of massage chairs in the U.S. today. They are well known for their focus on quality, innovation and customer service. They’ve been producing massage chairs for over 12 years and have shipped over 50,000 chairs.
The same place your iPhone is made – Asia! Unfortunately there are currently no companies in the US manufacturing massage chairs.
We get this all the time. These chairs may look similar to ones you’ve seen before but the experience of sitting in them is very different. Each massage starts with the chair mapping and measuring your body so that the rollers can be customized to your body. Whether you or 4’10” or 6’4” you’ll get a great massage.
Absolutely. Over 75% of Infinity’s sales over the years have been to homeowners. They’re great for anyone with ongoing aches and pains, athletes, reducing stress, or just relaxing. We’ve placed them in living rooms, man caves, she sheds, TV rooms, offices and more.
As more companies invest in the wellbeing of their employees, we’re seeing more chairs being sold into offices. Stress reduction is a primary consideration but employers are seeing many benefits from adding a massage chair, or two, as an amenity.
We offer several models of chairs with prices ranging from $3,500-$10,000. We’re happy to help you figure out the features that make the most sense for you. The good news is that even at the low end of the price scale you’re going to get a very good massage.

Yes. The chair can be programmed for 10, 20 or 30 minute sessions.
This depends on the chair but expect 8-10 programs on average. These programs can be general in nature (ex. Working Relief), more specific (ex. Extension/Stretch) or targeted (ex. Neck & Shoulder, Waist & Spine). There’s also a manual mode which allows you to further customize the massage to your needs.
Studies have shown that even a 15-minute massage can reduce stress and pain. Regular use can be 30-60 minutes per day. You may want to consult with a medical professional if you’re looking for additional guidance.
Any person who feels that a condition could be aggravated by massage should not sit in the chair. This could include women who are pregnant, people with implants, those that have had recent surgery, etc. If you’re not sure it’s best to check with your doctor or a trusted medical professional.
The chairs are available for events and for short-term rental (3-5 business days) in the New England area.
The primary colors the chairs come in are black or brown/black. Other colors are sometimes offered depending on the model. We’ll let you know what your options are.

The InBody 570 measures your weight, muscle mass, muscle mass distribution, body fat mass, body fat percentage, body fat distribution, water ratio, basal metabolic rate (think Metabolism), visercal fat. These results are compared to recognized norms to help you understand where you stand on the health scale.
InBody uses a technology called direct segmental measurement bioelectrical impedance analysis (DSM-BIA) to precisely measure body compostion by sending multiple electrical currents through the body, resulting in up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs. The scan yields accurate results for body composition outputs such as body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, (segmental) leand body mass and percent body fat.
Anyone from 3 to 99 years old, from 3’2” to 7’3” tall, from 22 to 551 pounds.
People with artificial electrical implants such as a defibrillator or pacemaker are not recommended to take an InBody Test. The electrical currents of the InBody may disrupt the functionality of life-sustaining implants. Prosthetic limbs will prohibit the scan from being completed.
Women who are on their menstrual cycle or are pregnant are not recommended to test as they may not obtain accurate results due to subtle changes in their hydration and body water levels.
We offer a body composition analysis service to corporate customers in the New England area. Contact us to learn more.
