Smart Chair X3 Massage Chair
We call this chair the Chiropractor. Why? It’s all about the stretch on the Smart Chair X3. (It’s also the chair preferred by chiropractors across the country – both for their patients and themselves.) This is a little different from the other chairs – there’s no glute massage but this chair can lay you back 180 degrees and then give you a stretch that rivals one from an inversion table.
We put this chair in the training room of the UNC Men’s lacrosse team. Beloved by all – coaches and players – but it’s the trainers who find this an important tool in helping get their athletes to perform their best whether they are healthy or are in the process of returning to play.

Yes. The chair can be programmed for 10, 20 or 30 minute sessions.
This depends on the chair but expect 8-10 programs on average. These programs can be general in nature (ex. Working Relief), more specific (ex. Extension/Stretch) or targeted (ex. Neck & Shoulder, Waist & Spine). There’s also a manual mode which allows you to further customize the massage to your needs.
